This 2023 release, Woodland Candy, will transport you to the ancient mossy woodlands of the wild west coast. It's the first time Nc'nean have launched a whisky which features O special four yeast recipe. The introduction of red and white wine yeasts add O riot of flavour and aroma, reminiscent of our home on the wild and magical west coast of Scotland.
Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Batch BU06
Produced from an organic Scottish barley harvest, the casks were filled in September 2018. After meticulous maturation, this whisky was bottled between September and November 2022, revealing its authentic richness. At 46%, it retains its natural color and purity, and is not chill-filtered.
Nc'nean Organic Single Malt Batch KS17
This whisky is made from organic Scottish barley whose natural yields and rich soils contribute depth of flavour. The gentle fermentation and distillation accentuate the delicate, fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, alongside a small amount of sherry casks, to develop our spirit’s signature body and sweetness.

On one hand, this is an intense single malt, yet at the same time, it is truly balanced. Spice and sweetness unite in this naturally rich amber whisky to celebrate rich flavours, yet lighter, more refreshing coastal notes show another side of this single malt.
