

The Matsui The Peated Single Malt is distilled by the Kurayoshi distillery Kurayoshi city Tottori prefecture. Double distilled in pot stills then aged in American oak in the Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment very favorable to a good aging It is then diluted down with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.

El Dorado Port Mourant Uitvlugt Diamond 2010 old rum embodies the heritage and richness of Guyana's rum-making traditions. Crafted from a meticulous blend of distillates from three iconic stills – Port Mourant (double wooden column), Uitvlugt (Savalle columns), and Diamond (wooden Coffey column) – this rum reveals remarkable complexity and aromatic depth. Fully aged for 9 years in a tropical climate in former bourbon casks, it was bottled in 2019 without chill filtration, preserving all its aromatic intensity and silky texture. An essential expression for lovers of authentic and powerful rums.
A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.
Merlet’s Soeur Cerise reinvents a great classic, Cherry Brandy. The Merlets source different varieties of cherries, including Morellos, for their wide aromatic range. This liqueur is produced using various traditional methods. The cherries are first soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered.
Philtre vodka is organic and has no added sugar. It is made in France, in the Cognac region, from just two quality ingredients: organic soft winter wheat and Gensac spring water, renowned for its purity.
