Duncan Taylor Barbados Foursquare 2005 - 16Y 50.2%

A 16-year-old Barbadian rum, crafted with a blend of Pot Still and Column distillation at Foursquare, was distilled on November 30, 2005, and meticulously bottled by Duncan Taylor for the Quarterdeck series. With only 323 bottles produced on February 17, 2022.

Using only the highest quality 12 year old malt and grain whiskies from select distilleries in Scotland, and matured in the finest sherry and bourbon casks, Black Bull 12 is blended to a formula of 50% malt to 50% grain whisky, and bottled at 50% abv (100 US proof), for a full-on flavour experience which will rampage all over your senses. This robust but versatile blend can be served neat, with water, or as a component of cocktails.

Black Bull is still blended to the same formula today as was used in the very beginning, using a large percentage of quality Speyside and Highland malts, matured in sherry and bourbon casks, blended to a high malt to grain ratio, and finally bottled at a robust 50% abv.
Black Bull 21 is unfettered by chill filtration, allowing the character of each carefully selected 21 year old whisky to shine through to its full potential, resulting in a unique blend that is outstanding in its field.

Duncan Taylor Brazil Epris Rum 1999 - 18 Y

Crafted with precision, this rum, distilled in August 1999 at the Epris Distillery in Brazil, has matured for 18 years in oak casks. Bottled in July 2018, without chill filtration and no added colorant, allowing the rich, natural hues and unfiltered essence to shine through. Limited to a mere 160 bottles.

In 2009, Teaninch Distillery produced for this single malt, it underwent an 11-year maturation period before Duncan Taylor independently bottled it in 2021 as part of its Dimensions range. This exceptional Highland Scotch, drawn from a single cask, resulted in a limited outturn of 324 bottles.

Part of Duncan Taylor's Quarterdeck range, this Fijian rum, originating from the South Pacific distillery, has been independently bottled. Distilled in 2009 using a pot still, it gracefully aged for twelve years in the cask.
