Duncan Taylor Octave Highland Park 2003 - 20Y - 54.4%

This 20-year-old Highland Park matured in Oak cask NO: 501712520 is a limited edition of 196 bottles, bottled in 2023 at a potent cask strength of 54.4%, unaltered by chill-filtration and with natural coloring intact.

Duncan Taylor Port Ellen 1983 40 YO - 52.4%

To capture the zeitgeist of today’s global phenomenon, Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky delved into its impressive and extensive archives to release this first-fill sherry cask 40-year-old single malt, which is a veritable time capsule of Port Ellen’s early 1980s releases. At 104.8 proof (52.4%abv)the liquid was matured in a European Oak ex-sherry butt, with the cask initially stored on Islay, until it was laid down to finish maturing in the vaults at Duncan Taylor’s HQ in Aberdeenshire in 2010.
Each hand-finished decanter is sequentially numbered with a signed certificate of authenticity. Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Ltd last released a Port Ellen back in 2013.

Duncan Taylor Trinidad Caroni Rum 1998 - 24Y

Duncan Taylor has bottled this Trinidadian rum as part of their Quarterdeck range. Distilled in 1998 at the Caroni Distillery using a column still, this limited edition comprises only 281 bottles aged for twenty-four years.

Duncan Taylor Venezuela Quarterdeck 2005 16Y 50.7%

Distilled on April 30, 2005, through a Column Still, this rum aged for a remarkable 16 years in oak barrels, crafting a remarkably refreshing aroma brimming with fruity notes. Bottled at the onset of 2022, it boasts 50.7% alcohol content, with a limited run of just 281 bottles.

Calvados 15 ans has aged 15 years in oak barrels. The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.

Dupont Calvados Cream

Calvados cream is made from two year old calvados containing 69% vol of alcohol, together with a cream liquor, sugar and caramel. The calvados is mixed with the cream liquor, the sugar and the caramel. The mixture, obtained by mixing at low temperature is filled into opaque bottles. Alcohol: 15% vol.

Dupont Calvados Fine

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

Dupont Calvados Pomme Captive

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.

The Calvados Réserve is aged for 3 years in oak barrels with 25% new barrels.
