Distilled in a column still and fermented for 96 hours in stainless steel tanks, it boasts an ABV of 45%. Only 370 bottles crafted.

Part of the Cellar Series 2019, this exceptional rum from Distillerie d'Indochine in Quang Nam, Vietnam, boasts an ABV of 45%. Reduced with osmosed water to preserve authenticity, it undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and column still distillation. A tropical aging process of 36 months in ex-Cognac casks, with a 4-month finish in ex-Porto casks, results in a limited production of 470 bottles.
