That Boutique - Y Black Gate Batch 2 - 3 Y - 57.2%

Rum production at Black Gate is lead by Genise Hollingworth, one half of the husband and wife team, and word is, that this Rum was distilled on their 10th Wedding Anniversary! Our Batch 2 bottling brings more of the delicious liquid from Batch 1, but this time at a beefier, even more full-flavoured 57.2% ABV.

That Boutique - Y Caol Ila 14 Y Batch 23 - 54.9%

Caol Ila Batch 23, 14 Year Old - From a refill hoggie laid down in December 2008, we’ve re-racked this Caol Ila into first fill Oloroso Octaves to give a bold fruit flavour.

The Caol Ila distillery is situated on the north-east coast of Islay, has has been producing spectacular single malt Scotch whisky since 1846! A very well-loved distillery, producing stunning peated expressions, and in recent years have been experimenting with unpeated malt too. If you don’t like deers, you probably shouldn’t look at the label of our Caol Ila bottling, because it’s got bloomin’ loads of them on it, charging across from the Isle of Jura to Caol Ila with Prince Vultan leading the proceedings.

That Boutique - Y Caroni 20 Y - B17 - 63 %

Caroni shut down their stills in 2002 and with it, marked the end to "heavy" rum production in Trinidad. A long lost distillery with only a limited number of casks available? Now, that sounds like our kind of rum. A full flavoured and rare taste of history, this batch is rich in those nutty, sweet and smokey molasses.

That Boutique - Y Casa Santana 6 Y - Batch 5 - 57.7 %

A blend of molasses rums from various Colombian distilleries. What unites them is the use of multi-column stills for distillation. After ageing for 6 years, this blend was bottled at its natural strength.
The fifth production batch produced a total of 550 copies, all numbered.

That Boutique - Y Cherry Gin 46 %

Fruit gins were once all the rage: lemon gin, orange gin, even asparagus gin once graced the shelves of liquor stores the world over. Now, they’re back with The Boutique-y Gin Company Cherry Gin.
