Part of the Cellar Series 2019, this exceptional rum from Distillerie d'Indochine in Quang Nam, Vietnam, boasts an ABV of 45%. Reduced with osmosed water to preserve authenticity, it undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and column still distillation. A tropical aging process of 36 months in ex-Cognac casks, with a 4-month finish in ex-Porto casks, results in a limited production of 470 bottles.

An exceptional rum from the Distillerie d'Indochine in Quang Nam, Vietnam, boasting a 45% ABV. Reduced with osmosed water to preserve authenticity, it undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and column still distillation. Tropical aging occurs for 36 months in 350-liter 1st refill Cognac casks with medium toast. Limited to 2000 bottles.

Reduced with osmosed water for authenticity, it undergoes a 96-hour fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and column still distillation. A 24-month tropical aging process in virgin French oak casks from Jura Forest, with medium toast, results in a limited production of 320 bottles.
