

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: From the opening, rich and complex aromas fill the senses with pastry and spicy notes. The scents of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits are beautifully balanced by more subtle touches of oak and sandalwood.
PALATE: On the palate, this rum reveals itself as ample and indulgent. Flavors of molasses and licorice harmonize with notes of maple syrup, creating a generous and enveloping aromatic palette. The texture is smooth and velvety, offering a true symphony of flavors.
FINISH: The finish is persistent and evolving, marked by herbal and vegetal notes that add a dimension of freshness and lightness. A slight bitterness subtly balances the initial sweetness, leaving a lasting and refined impression.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.

It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
ORANGE COGNAC LIQUOR, A golden color with beautiful amber nuances. The nose offers notes of orange zest and sharp candy with flora gint. On the palate, flavours of candied orange peel and marmalade mingle, then the tangy note returns in force to give us a long, delicate finish.
At 40 years, the Armagnac’s style is definitely apparent. The quality of the oak used is very important, as the right use of a quality barrel will bring complexity and finesse to the Armagnac; elements that can be judged and appreciated after 40 years in contact with the wood.

This is a mezcal that features the first limited edition of a new product line of predominantly wild-grown agaves. The available agave quantities are quite limited, which can be explained by seasonal fluctuations and the local growers, who supply their wild agave to the distillery. Thus, this mezcal reveals itself with a clear colour, wood and citrus flavours, wrapped in touches of smoke, leather, and grass.
