The clever chaps behind nginious! Gin have created a Smoked & Salted variation of their excellent Swiss gin. This features juniper, bitter oranges, quinces, ginger and coriander, as well as cold-smoked chestnuts (which were smoked for 40 hours) and a rare smoked stone salt.

The Villa Lobos Reposado Tequila embodies Mexican artisanal excellence, born from a collaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families, two iconic figures in the tequila world. Zaya is a premium, dark aged rum sourced from the islands of the Caribbean. Purposely crafted with a blend of aged rums, to achieve a seductive nose of baked fruit and spiced vanilla and a smooth palate of caramel and toasted oak. Deep amber in color, the finish is profound and touched with just a hint of smoke.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
