TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: Very ripe fruits, flambéed banana, jackfruit, very ripe mango, a vegetal and roasted note, with extremely present esters, very noticeable on the nose.
PALATE: Fruit-forward, with this banana note, a very pronounced mango side, like a mango-banana smoothie, a pleasant creamy side with smoothness in the mouth, a slight burnt and roasted touch, spiced with Sichuan pepper.
FINISH: Tangy and fleshy.
