For its thirteenth edition: Our Boulet de Canon is the result of aging our classic Boulet de Canon blend (Nicaragua and Panama) for 8 months in peated whisky casks, then smoked with hay during a 48-hour maceration.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Notes of ash, grilled meat, and tobacco mixed with caramel create an irresistible bouquet.
PALATE: The smoky and peaty notes are clearly present. Roasted malt, dried hay, as well as vegetal notes of herbes de Provence, are easily identifiable.
FINISH: The finish evokes a campfire that has turned into a barbecue.
