This incomparably subtle fruit was highly prized at the court of the kings of France. It was customary to offer it to each new sovereign when he was crowned. It was also served on special occasions. Its gourmet flavours brighten up the greatest desserts.
King Cognac, a unique aromatic richness
Cognac also had its place at the table of kings. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.
ABK6 VSOP + ETUI
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
