The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

Made from a blend of rums from Jamaica sourced from two different distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot Still rums, so representative of the Jamaican style. It is bottled at 57%, a tribute to the Royal British Navy. Only spirits with a minimum level of 57% were allowed on board their ships.

The Pineau des Charentes is the result of blending Cognac eau-de-vie with fresh grape juice. This process is an ancestral tradition of the region, and this expertise allows for the creation of a unique and high-quality product that promises a taste of the Charentais sunshine. The concluding installment in the "Five Virtues series" is dedicated to Water, paying homage to the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—integral in crafting the whisky. This edition is a tribute to Tomatin's exclusive spring, the Alt-na-Frith Burn, a constant water source. The whisky undergoes maturation, with half in sherry hogheads casks and the remaining half in second-fill bourbon barrels. Limited to just 6,000 bottles, this series is a testament to craftsmanship and nature's influence.

The secret of its freshness lies at the heart of the French gin, in fennel, caraway, dill and angelica seeds. In a discreetly bitter orange that melts into the dry vermouth.

A Highland Single Malt, McWarrior, a determined fighter and adventurer imaged by Charles Edward Stuart, the last of the Scottish Dynastic Princes of Scotland, the grandson of Marie Stuart, who fought a revolution in 1745, to claim back the crown of Scotland and of England. Simon Laurie, is one of the best current Scottish Artists from the Glasgow School of Art, a big supporter of Scottish culture and values. Scotch whisky amongst them, but also wine from the old country and Scottish historical ally, France. One will find all of these attributes in his art.
