Its color is brilliant, clear and fluid.

Complex with the aroma of crushed alpine plants, camphor and citrus fruits.

In the mouth, a beautiful harmony of vegetal notes associated with a silky texture.

To complete the impression, the aromas of broom and elderflower of this white French vermouth are prolonged with flavors of fresh almonds and peach.

It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
Finlaggan Old Reserve
