TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: On the nose, La Fée Blanche reveals a herbal bouquet dominated by Artemisia absinthium, followed by fresh and aniseed notes brought by fennel and green anise. Subtle hints of coriander and mint add a spicy and invigorating dimension, balanced by a natural sweetness.
PALATE: On the palate, the attack is both soft and herbal, marked by a perfect harmony between the bitter flavors of grande absinthe and the sweetness of anise. Fennel brings roundness mid-palate, while génépi and lemon balm enrich the profile with a hint of alpine freshness.
