Merlet Crème de Cassis 70 CL

Created specifically for the French market, Flotilla is the expression most representative of the style and special location of the Pulteney distillery on the north side of the Highlands. Aged in bourbon casks, this 2012 version expresses a maritime, iodized and salty character, while developing gourmet notes of green apple, lemon zest, toffee and vanilla, enhanced by salty aromas. Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when Cu Bocan first started producing lightly peated spirit at Tomatin Distillery in the midst of winter. Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, this is a decadent single malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices.

Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Our single malt is the perfect mix of nature and nurture and we believe in quality above all else.

Aromas of panettone and candied lime lead, while flavours of white chocolate, lemon truffles and hazelnut balance perfectly on the palate. Sweet citrus returns on the finish with blood orange accompanied by notes of toasted oak.

Merlet Wild Strawberry liqueur (Crème de Fraise des Bois) combines two complementary varieties, for their richness and complexity. The Merlets source their fruits from partner producers in order to guarantee consistent quality. Thanks to their position as currant growers and winemakers, the Merlets are able to exchange with their partner producers and call on their own expertise to select fruits of optimal ripeness.

Glendalough's Double Barrel Irish Whiskey begins its maturation process in flame charred ex Bourbon American oak. It is finished in Oloroso casks from Montilla , a small town found in the rolling hills of the Spanish countryside. Glendalough choose the bodega, the liquid, the casks and the cooper in this region of Spain to deliver a terroir driven sense of this land , encapsulated in the liquid when we put our whiskey in these slow toasted casks for aging. These specially selected casks combined with expert liquid finishing, deliver a rich and complex flavour to our Double Barrel Irish Whiskey.
