The Matsui Hakuto Gin Premium

Following on from the multi-award-winning success of our Brecon Special Reserve Gin and our Brecon Botanicals Gin, Penderyn are delighted to announce the launch of Rose Petal gin. It is based on our Brecon Special Reserve gin (which won Gold at the 2020 Spirits Business Global Gin Masters) and bottled at 37.5% abv.

The auburn hue of this whisky comes directly from its passage through the 228-liter barrels that formerly housed the Pinot Noir from Château de Chassagne-Montrachet.

The Finlaggan Sherry Finished is an iconic peated single malt, distilled on the legendary island of Islay. This whisky stands out for its double maturation: first aged in traditional casks, it gains additional depth through a sherry cask finish. Distilled in 2009, the 12th edition of the "Marquess Collection" blends 3 types of Port casks: white, tawny and ruby.

The Doorly's 12 years, an iconic product of the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, embodies the art of rum distillation and blending. This exceptional rum is the result of careful twelve-year maturation in the tropics, in barrels that previously contained Kentucky bourbon and Madeira.
This double distillation, using both pot still and column still, gives this rum unmatched aromatic complexity and finesse.

The HSE VSOP Port Cask Finish is an exceptional agricultural rum produced at Habitation Saint-Étienne, in Martinique, adhering to the traditions of the AOC Martinique.
This very old rum stands out due to meticulous aging and a unique finish, making it a true gem for lovers of characterful spirits.
After an initial maturation of over 3 years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, it receives an 8-month finish in 225-liter Tawny port barrels.
This double maturation enriches the rum with complex fruity and woody notes, perfectly balanced by the typical softness and roundness of Port.
