

The LONGUETEAU HARMONIE collection is the result of a blend of several carefully selected vintages by the cellar master to create the perfect harmony. This Guadeloupean rum is made from Longueteau 50% (65% red cane and 35% blue cane), then aged in new barrels and ex-cognac casks. It is non-chill filtered and has a natural color. This Concerto cuvée is produced in small, numbered batches of 1,400 bottles each. A gourmet rum with rich and varied nuances.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE : Intense, woody, and gourmet. Spices, pepper, citrus, wood glue.
PALATE : Dry. Cooked fruits, oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
FINISH : Soft with a nicely woody note.
