The Maison Longueteau pays a vibrant tribute to the navigators of the Route du Rhum with this Constellation Blanc cuvée, a true constellation of aromas to discover and savor under a starry sky.
This legendary transatlantic race links Saint-Malo to Pointe-à-Pitre, bringing together the best skippers every four years.
Inspired by the resounding success of the first Constellation cuvée in 2018, Maison Longueteau has captured the essence of this maritime adventure in an exceptional white rum.
Carefully aged, this rum is the result of a unique blend of two parcel distillates, offering unparalleled complexity and richness.
TASTING NOTES :
NOSE : The first nose is captivated by a powerful aroma of cane juice, rich and creamy, enhanced with notes of red fruits. The silky expression of sweet cane, mixed with elegant peppery nuances, reveals a rum of great finesse.
PALATE : A velvety and silky texture confirms the nose’s promises. The vegetal notes burst in the mouth, balanced by a subtle minerality and captivating roundness. Touches of lime peel, sometimes bitter, sometimes candied, add a complex dimension, followed by an earthy and peppery return.
FINISH : The finish is long and round, marked by sweet fibers and mild spices. Hints of cut grass and spiced milk chocolate linger pleasantly, inviting a prolonged tasting.
