Glendalough Rose Gin

From the very first nose, lively notes of yellow fruit and vanilla emerge, signaling the roundness and deliciousness of this Single Malt. The finish is surprisingly long, with notes of toasted oak.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.Aging: Six years minimum. In toasted 400 L oak barrels, 25% of which are new.

A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.

Don Papa Gayuma, meaning “love potion” in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, Philippines. Aged for 3 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then refined for 6 months in Rioja barrels toasted at high temperatures and an additional 3 months in intensely charred Islay whisky oak barrels, this rum reveals a complexity that surprises and delights. With its peated notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, indulgent bouquet, it invites discerning connoisseurs to a unique and intriguing experience.

Tomatin Legacy is a non-peated scotch with aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate, gentle waves of fresh fruit sprinkled with ginger emerge before a light, clean finish.

Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon embodies the authenticity and history of Kentucky bourbon. Crafted from a recipe dating back to 1849, it stands out for its use of wheat instead of rye, offering a softer and more refined flavor profile. This bourbon, both powerful and balanced, combines rich and complex flavors with a silky texture on the palate. Crowned with a double gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Rebel Yell is a true tribute to bourbon craftsmanship.

Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.
