Nonino UE Riserva 25th Anniversary 5Y Barrique
Fresh marc, selected by the Nonino family.
Natural aging for 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers, and Grésigne barrels and in small ex-Sherry casks, placed under seal and under the permanent supervision of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. Bottled without added coloring.
Empty fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, followed immediately by distillation to prevent harmful secondary fermentations.
Perfect enjoyed pure at room temperature, in a large balloon glass, or paired with cheeses, baked desserts, foie gras, and chocolate.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Broad and intense with notes of strudel, pastry, cherries, and chocolate.
PALATE: Rich and velvety on the palate, confirming the aromatic nuances with the addition of fruity notes of apricot, vanilla, and almond.
Always fascinating.
