Our malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors. We're proud of our heritage and have used traditional methods since we rolled our first barrels back in 1790. And yet we're not afraid to tinker with tradition if it serves to improve our product. Miracielo
Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.

Mezcal Koch Maguey Arroqueno - 47.13 %
och Arroqueno is made with wild maguey Arroqueno (agave Americana). Typically, this agave can take up to 20 years to mature, before it is pit roasted in a traditional fashion. Given the length of time needed to grow this elegant agave, sustainability of Arroqueno has become a big issue. The Koch Arroqueno is made by Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla, Oaxaca. This mezcal has high fruity notes with hints of earth and herbs, clay and smoke.

Made with pure, fresh sugar cane juice from the adjacent sugar refinery, this is a rum that showcases the traditions of Reunion Island, blending powerful flavours.The development of the 52% abv favours a strong concentration of aromas, and emphasises the rum’s rich rounded character.

Savanna Origine 1870 is a true ode to the history of the Savanna distillery, founded in 1870 on the island of Réunion.
Imagined by the cellar master and master blender Thierry Grondin, this cuvée is a meticulous blend of six molasses rums, aged between 10 and 16 years in cognac and port barrels.
Limited to only 1200 carafes, this masterpiece celebrates the heritage and unique know-how of Savanna.
