Compagnie des Indes Blend Caraibes
Made from a blend of rums from English Guiana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, the "Caraîbes" blend is full of flavour. The rums are aged in Bourbon casks for 3 to 5 years in the Caribbean, then imported to Europe and carefully tasted to form part of the final blend.
Tasting notes
Nose
Fruity and spicy at the same time, with purity and aromatic elegance, unadulterated.
Palate
Initial aromas of sugar cane juice, both fresh and heady. Then notes of exotic fruit and rum pancakes. Then spices, cloves, cedar, candied bitter orange, a touch of leather and pineapple.
Finish
Fresh, with cloves, ginger and liquorice.
