Compagnie des Indes Blend Caraibes
Made from a blend of rums from English Guiana, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, the "Caraîbes" blend is full of flavour. The rums are aged in Bourbon casks for 3 to 5 years in the Caribbean, then imported to Europe and carefully tasted to form part of the final blend.
TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: With fruity and spicy notes, combining purity and aromatic elegance, free of additives.
PALATE: Initial aromas of sugarcane juice, both fresh and heady. Then notes of exotic fruits and rum pancakes. Finally, spices such as clove, cedar, and candied bitter orange; a touch of leather and pineapple are also present.
FINISH: Fresh with clove, ginger, and licorice.
