Duncan Taylor has bottled this Trinidadian rum as part of their Quarterdeck range. Distilled in 1998 at the Caroni Distillery using a column still, this limited edition comprises only 281 bottles aged for twenty-four years.

Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

The apples are mixed, crushed and pressed. The apple juice is fermented right out to give cider to be distilled. Double distillation is carried out 6 months after the fermentation has taken place. The first distillation gives the "petite eau" at 30% by volume and it is the second distillation, that of the "petite eau" which gives the Calvados.
Aging: Two years minimum. In toasted 400 l (88 imperial gallon) oak barrels, 50% of which are new.

Panda is an award-winning premium gin distilled and bottled in Belgium. It is entirely organic and is the first gin in the world to contain lychees. A 16-year-old Barbadian rum, crafted with a blend of Pot Still and Column distillation at Foursquare, was distilled on November 30, 2005, and meticulously bottled by Duncan Taylor for the Quarterdeck series. With only 323 bottles produced on February 17, 2022.
