TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: Mahogany with golden hues, revealing its long aging period. When the glass is slightly tilted, a transition of color appears at the edges, indicating its richness and density.
NOSE: Impressive aromatic complexity with notes of hazelnuts, iodine, nuts, and caramel. Subtle hints of vanilla and marzipan blend with a pronounced schistose minerality. Additional aromas of raisins, prunes, dried fruits, and fruitcake follow, along with cinnamon, toasted almond, and bitter chocolate.
PALATE: Smooth and classy. This Port offers an intense structure and great complexity, perfectly balanced. The residual sweetness accentuates the fruity flavors with a silky and melting texture.
FINISH: Persistent, marked by mineral notes from the schist soils, accompanied by aromas of grape, iodine, and dried prune.

Rebel Yell was the first American distillery to substitute wheat for rye in 1910 to create a Bourbon with a sweeter palate and notes of vanilla and toffee. Today, Rebel Yell is made under license at Heaven Hill, one of Kentucky's oldest distilleries, still using the original recipe that earned it a double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2011.
Issuing from a meticulous selection of Caribbean rums, Gun’s Bell is blended in our cellars in Chevanceaux following a traditional artisanal method. It then undergoes a 4 to 6-month aging process in oak barrels (depending on the weather) to develop woody notes, vanilla, dried nuts, roasted almonds, and smoky accents. Gun’s Bell reveals powerful and indulgent aromas, releasing an incomparable flow of flavors with both fruity and smoky notes.
A very long aging in American white oak barrels gives this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy aromatic palette.
Monymusk Plantation Special Reserve is a blend of premium rums selected from burnt American oak casks in which the rums have been aged to perfection for at least 10 years.
The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirits 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small Charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
