This new cuvée merges traditional rums aged in humid cellars, two 6-year-old rums aged in ex-cognac casks, a 9-year-old rum aged in ex-muscatel casks, and a "Herr" high ester rum distilled in a pot still in 2006, long rested in tanks before its 8-year aging shared between ex-cognac and ex-porto casks. Fresh and gourmand, this blend reveals intense tropical notes, fruit, and an elegant briny and woody complexity.

Thanks to this distinctive ageing, these three expressions allow you to appreciate the impact of these specific casks on the profile of our extra old rums.
