This exceptional rum is the result of an alliance between two Indian Ocean terroirs and two distillation styles. The first rum, French-inspired, is made from pure sugarcane juice, while the second is derived from molasses, following regional traditions.
This blend of flavors is enhanced by double distillation – pot still and column – which provides unique depth and complexity.
Aged between 5 and 12 years in American oak barrels, this rum then acquires incomparable richness and elegance through a final refinement in vintage ruby port casks, bringing delicious nuances...

The White Heather 15 years is a blend crafted by Billy Walker. This whisky brings together a meticulous combination of malt and grain whiskies from the Highlands, Islay, and Speyside regions. Following an initial long aging in American and Spanish oak casks, it underwent additional maturation in Pedro Ximenez Puncheon casks, new virgin American oak barrels, and ex-Oloroso Sherry puncheons, imparting unparalleled complexity and depth to this blend.

A unique blend with distinctive flavours, rich yet soft fruitiness, a natural pink wine tinge to its kilted body, the modern design of the art of Ashley Cook drawn from Scotland’s history. A whisky with strength and character yet with a feminine heart, mirroring the portrait of Mary Stuart, Queen of Scotland and Queen of France through her marriage to Francois II of France as a young princess.

For over a quarter of a century, this rare Single Malt has developed and mellowed, becoming concentrated, full-bodied and indulgent, brimming with the dark intensity of chocolate praline and spices.

This single malt, crafted by Fred and Jérémy from Domaine des Hautes Glaces (DHG) in Isère, is inspired by pastoral traditions where herds graze on the riches of high-altitude pastures. Produced from grains, plants, and flowers harvested during the summer of 2015, then infused in Vulson White Rhino (rye brandy), it offers a sensory experience that is both fresh and complex. A true ode to Alpine landscapes, Rhino’s Pastoral is a spirit of great elegance, perfect for enjoying neat or enhanced in cocktails.

Vulson Old Rhino Rye Spirit is a creation of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces, nestled in the alpine hills of Haute-Savoie. This organic rye whisky embodies French elegance and craftsmanship while paying tribute to North American traditions. Crafted exclusively from locally grown organic rye, it is distinguished by a triple distillation in copper stills, giving this spirit an unparalleled purity and finesse. Aged in French oak barrels and former cognac casks, this spirit combines aromatic richness and complexity, offering a unique sensory experience.

Almost five years since we formed the GlenAllachie Distillers Company, bringing the distillery back into private ownership, we released the very special expression as an extension of our core range. Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting this expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special.
