On the Caravelle peninsula, caressed by the trade winds and protected from tropical downpours, the dry parcels of Spoutourne produce extremely subtle rums. The relative arid nature of the location and the wind have created a beautiful concentration of essential aromas, notably floral in the cane, which are particularly present after suitable distillation and ageing. It is a worthy representative of the Martinican tradition of agricultural rum. The ageing process has not erased the natural liveliness of the rum. Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.

Created using Philippine botanicals Ylang-Ylang and Alpinia for delicate floral top notes, in addition to Calamansi and Dalandan for a soft, tropical citrus palate.

Etsu Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse.

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.

Tullibardine Sauternes is a wonderfully rich whisky, aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks and matured in 225-litre Sauternes barrels.
