From the renowned Strathmill distillery and bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co Ltd., this single malt has been aged for 12 years, with a unique finish in Marsala casks, bringing exceptional richness and complexity to every drop.
Produced in a limited edition of only 306 bottles, it is a precious opportunity to taste a whisky generally reserved for blends, this time presented at its full strength of 51% vol.

In order to create this attractive presentation, the carafe is suspended in the spring from the branches of the apple tree as soon as the first little apples appear. The apple then grows inside the carafe. When the fruit becomes ripe, the carafe is removed from the tree with its apple held captive inside it.

HEE JOY JAMAICA 2008 celebrates the magnificent terroir of Jamaica. This exceptional rum comes from a long fermentation and is entirely distilled in pot stills. It is then aged in bourbon casks for 10 years, reduced, and bottled in our cellars in Chevanceaux, in the Cognac region. A remarkable signature of the greatest Jamaican rum masters, enhanced by the expertise of Hedonits Spirits.

The Cask Strength Edition is Tomatin's most vivacious expression, yet still retains Tomatin’s characteristically rich and sweet undertones. Matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks.
