Billy Walker specially selected this limited release, matured in Speyside, and bottled at 58.1%, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors from PX and Oloroso casks, Virgin Oak barrels, and Rioja wine barriques, it is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOUR: Intense mahogany.
NOSE: Ripe red berries, hazelnuts, heather honey, orchard fruits, cinnamon, and ginger.
PALATE: Aromas of dark chocolate, honeycomb, and caramelized demerara sugar, followed by hints of molasses, mocha, and ginger, with notes of plum and caramel on the finish.
