TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A complex and enticing opening where cinnamon meets almond and heather honey. The whole is enhanced by nuances of caramel, orchard fruits, and apricot.
PALATE: The first sensations reveal a chocolatey richness of mocha, followed by a fruity touch of cherry and a honeycomb sweetness. Then, buttery cinnamon, raisins, and orange zest come together to offer a perfect balance between spices and fruits.
FINISH: The finish is long and warm, dominated by soft spices and a fruity persistence marked by citrus and dried fruits.
