TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Rich Mahogany.
NOSE Waves of heather honey, dark chocolate and figs, with notes of fruit cake, mocha and cinnamon.
TASTE Lashings of fig syrup, mocha and treacle, followed by dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, fused with ginger on the finish.

The Darzacq family is long established and well respected in the Bas Armagnac region. Albert Darzacq, while working as a local farmhand, ensured his estate was well looked after, the result being that the Paguy armagnacs have for years been regular prizewinners in local competitions.
Canero Sauternes Finish
Rum Cañero Sauternes Cask Finish is double aged after the blend in white oak casks used to age sweet wine for the region of Sauternes, France. After spending around 9 months in these barrels, the rum mixes its character with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit, appropriate for newcomers and connoisseurs.

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.
