Our Cooper’s Choice Single Cask bottlings have won numerous awards for their innovative and creative cask maturations and finishes. Our master blender, Andrew, is always thinking ahead to create some of the most interesting single cask releases in the Scotch industry.
The brand takes it’s name from the highly skilled Cooper – an art passed on from generation to generation since the middle ages. The Cooper’s Choice range of single cask whiskies from Scotland’s finest distilleries is our homage to these fine craftsmen and their important role in the Scotch Whisky industry.
