This Limited – Last Casks – Edition is crafted from the sole remaining lot blended in 1998, comprising rums distilled on the Diamond Coffey Still, and rum that was once produced on the since-discontinued Tri-Canada Redistillation Still. This Rum was artfully crafted by the Master Distiller George Robinson and aged for 24 years in the Barrel warehouse in Guyana.

This limited edition - Last Casks - is a popular blend that was last produced in 1998, including light rum that was made using the Tri-Canada redistillation still, which has since been decommissioned. It was blended and aged with rums from the Port Mourant double wooden still and the Enmore wooden Coffey still. This rum was masterfully crafted by master distiller George Robinson and aged for 24 years in the company’s barrel warehouse in Guyana.

This limited edition - Last Casks - is made from a one-year-old rum distilled on the Diamond Coffey Still and aged for 21 years in casks that were previously used to age Pot Still rum at the Uitvlugt distillery before its closure in 2000. This rum was masterfully crafted by Master Distiller George Robinson and aged for 22 years in the company’s barrel warehouse in Guyana.

The old rum El Dorado Diamond Port Mourant 2010 is an exceptional blend, aged for 9 years under the tropical climate of Guyana in barrels that previously contained bourbon. Distilled in 2010 and released as a limited edition, it has not been chill-filtered to preserve the full authenticity of its aromas. Born from the union of Diamond's Coffey Still column still and Port Mourant's double-column still, this rum embodies Guyanese artisanal expertise in all its splendor.

Handcrafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014 using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin offers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from fragrant, wild rock samphire. El Dorado Port Mourant Uitvlugt Diamond 2010 old rum embodies the heritage and richness of Guyana's rum-making traditions. Crafted from a meticulous blend of distillates from three iconic stills – Port Mourant (double wooden column), Uitvlugt (Savalle columns), and Diamond (wooden Coffey column) – this rum reveals remarkable complexity and aromatic depth. Fully aged for 9 years in a tropical climate in former bourbon casks, it was bottled in 2019 without chill filtration, preserving all its aromatic intensity and silky texture. An essential expression for lovers of authentic and powerful rums.

Created to mark the turn of the millennium, El Dorado 25 Year Old Grand Special Reserve possesses a silky smoothness which challenges the oldest cognac. The constant ambient warmth and tropical conditions of Demerara dramatically hasten the maturation process. An after dinner treat for sipping slowly and sparingly.

Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile. Perfect for mixing cocktails.

Kurayoshi Pure Malt Whisky are exceptional Japanese whiskies produced by the Matsui distillery.
