Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

Made from our own recipe, combining a specially selected range of botanicals and the best pure grain spirit, this super-premium gin is produced in small batches using only the finest ingredients.

Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.

The Villa Lobos Reposado Tequila embodies Mexican artisanal excellence, born from a collaboration between the Camarena and Sklar families, two iconic figures in the tequila world. Crafted from agave plants from the highlands of Arandas, in the Los Altos region, this tequila captures the sweetness and maturity of carefully selected agaves. Aged for 11 months in American oak barrels, the Reposado tequila reveals a depth of aroma and an elegance that will captivate enthusiasts. Each bottle, hand-numbered and signed, reflects the meticulous attention given to every step of its production. Renowned for its perfect balance between smoothness and character, this refined tequila is ideal for neat tasting or as a base for premium cocktails.

Many years ago, they filled new make Finlaggan into Rioja Red Wine Hogsheads. Coming from the Rioja region within the Basque country of Spain, these Hogsheads have given the signature heavily peated Finlaggan an extra layer of rich mouth coating red berried fruit flavours. The result is a truly mouthwatering sweet and smoky dram to savour. The extrac-tion from the oak casks has given this whisky a beautifully rich natural coppery rose gold colour.

Matured in traditional oak casks and first fill Oloroso Sherry butts, honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrusbite before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish.

Duncan Taylor has bottled this Trinidadian rum as part of their Quarterdeck range. Distilled in 1998 at the Caroni Distillery using a column still, this limited edition comprises only 281 bottles aged for twenty-four years.

This richly crafted rum has been laid down in oak barrels for at least 21 years then artfully blended for you to savour and enjoy.
