Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. The control body ECOCERT certifies that the Vodka "Grands Domaines" respects the rules of organic production throughout its manufacturing process. Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.

The classic expression of an 18-year-old Armagnac in this multifaceted nose. The aging process brings spices and rancio (walnut, undergrowth, honey, toasted bread). The initial fruitiness has evolved into prunes and fig jam. All of this creates a complex nose that evolves with aeration.
The present tannins remain round and well-integrated. The palate is rich, even opulent. This provides a natural sweetness around fruity aromas of citrus, honey, and jams.

In this range, the hand and experience of the winegrower are essential in order to pay special attention to these organically grown vines, which will ultimately produce an Armagnac of rare purity and exhilarating richness. A return to the roots, to the beginning, when Armagnac vines accepted the vagaries of nature.

KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. This dry gin is crisp enough to enjoy straight and excellent in cocktails both classic and contemporary.

Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.

Brewed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled on site:
