It’s bold, fruity and fresh The fruitiness lies somewhere between banana, pear, and white peach. Notes of candy are an invitation to indulge. When allowed to breathe the nose becomes more complex, with honey and dried fruit such as raisin, dates and apricot There is a rich hint of freshly baked bread and butter, with woody undertones. Palate The palate develops with intense ripe fruit and small, soft fruit (wild strawberries or sour cherries). FinishIn the finish, notes of milk chocolate ganache and (light) roasting add complexity to this fine rum.
