Yamazakura Asaka Single Malt 2023 46%

This single malt is made from malted barley and then distilled twice in a traditional Pot Still, bringing out the distinctive flavours and characteristics of the Asaka distillery. After distillation, the whisky was aged for 3 years in bourbon casks, adding complexity and depth to its flavour profile. Unchill-filtered, it retains all its authenticity and natural texture, offering a pure and intense tasting experience.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE:
Delicate - Plum, honey, vanilla

PALATE: Indulgent - Orange marmalade, vanilla, hints of French toast

FINISH: Lasting - Persistent notes of cereals and candied fruits
