Miracielo is produced by hand using the original La Antigua Guatemala recipe from 1953, in small batches.
During the ageing process, fresh plums, sultanas and vanilla are added by hand, macerating and giving it its unique aromatic profile. Symbolising its artisanal, hand-made profile, the leather collar that adorns its neck is also handmade.

Every cask silently slumbering in our on-site warehouses is meticulously monitored throughout its maturation journey, ensuring the whisky is bottled at its optimum. This process allows us to find some hidden gems: casks that are developing rather special and distinctive characteristics. These unique whiskies merit being showcased individually so as to capture the interesting nuances and unique personality delivered by the cask’s DNA: its history, oak genus and provenance. For these bottlings, we believe it’s essential to present the spirit at cask strength to deliver a drinking experience that transports you to the depths of our warehouses in Speyside; as if you were sampling directly from the cask.

Produced in Thailand, the Siam 15 Year Old NAGA benefits from a dynamic 15-year ageing in a hot and humid climate, accelerating the interaction between the rum and the wood.
