The Longueteau 125-year cuvée before cask aging is composed of 50° agricultural white rum, a blend of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane, with 8 months of resting in stainless steel tanks. This distillate is then transferred to 300-liter cognac casks. These casks were filled in three different years: 2008, 2009, and finally 2010.

YAMAZAKURA: Literally "Cherry Blossom of the Mountains," it embodies the quintessence of Japan's natural beauty and ancestral craftsmanship. This blend results from the harmonious combination of four whiskies carefully aged in bourbon casks. Its profile delights with a delicate softness on the nose, a light and silky palate, and a delightfully rounded finish. A true invitation to discover the art of Japanese whisky in all its splendor. The set includes a 50cl bottle and 6 reusable stone ice cubes. These natural stones, ideal for cooling your whisky without dilution, add an ecological and refined touch to the tasting experience.

A blend of some of the finest Islay and Speyside peated malts combined with richer, older GlenAllachie, the Lum Reek 21 years old, voted Worlds Best Blended Malt 2020, was aged in Oloroso, Virgin Oak and Red Wine casks. Non chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at 48% ABV, Billy Walker has recreated the peated whiskies of 100 years ago for the modern-day palate.

Penderyn Legend constitutes the ideal introduction to the first Welsh whisky distillery. Fully matured in bourbon casks, this single malt spent a few additional months in Madeira casks, giving it sweet and fruity notes. Nestled near the Brecon Beacons National Park, Penderyn's single malts derive their gentle and subtle character from the combination of a unique distillation technique using bespoke Faraday stills and a distinctive maturation art, the result of Dr. Jim Swan’s expertise and carried on since 2018 by master distiller Aista Phillips.

Don Papa Rum is the spirit of Sugarlandia. A premium aged rum from the Philippines. Created on the fertile foothills of Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rich molasses. Don Papa is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from the island of Negros, Philippines. His legend was instrumental to the independence of the island during the Revolution of the 1890s. The figure of Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, though he is not the same person. Rather, Don Papa is the embodiment of the spirit of Sugarlandia.
