Nordés is produced slowly and with great care. A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

COLOUR Transparent
NOSE An intensely aromatic gin, with delicate notes of white fruit in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay, accompanied by a subtle note of juniper.
PALATE Fresh and fruity on the palate, reminiscent of laurel and juniper on the nose.
