A careful selection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the use of white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensable base of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements.

Nordés 0.0 is a sugar-free refreshing drink made from osmosis water, treated through a series of processes (emulsion, filtration and decantation) with tartaric acid tartaric acid and essential oils of the main botanical ingredients, resulting in a transparent liquid with the nuances, intensity of flavour and aroma and aroma of Nordés gin.

This second limited edition is inspired by the diversity of the Atlantic Ocean that washes the coasts of Galicia. The estuaries, headlands and seas of the Galician coastline are home to unique species that have become symbols of our local gastronomy.
