Our gin is the result of distillation and maceration. We use a certified organic grain alcohol of European origin (mainly from Italy) which brings all the smoothness and finesse of Origen gin and allows the balance of the selected aromatic notes to express themselves.

The Meikle Tòir – The Chinquapin One is a peated single malt, carefully crafted and refined in virgin Chinquapin oak casks sourced from the Northern Ozarks, USA. This whisky delivers notes of soft spices and roasted nuts, harmoniously combined with a gentler peaty smoke, derived from the St. Fergus mainland peat. With an extended fermentation of 160 hours and a smoke profile measured at 35 PPM, this single malt reveals a complexity that perfectly complements maturation in virgin oak casks.

MACNAIR'S 12-Year-Old Lum Reek Peated is a peated blended malt crafted by the legendary Billy Walker, combining peated Islay and Speyside single malt, along with whisky from the GlenAllachie distillery.

Santa Ana Pomelo is a celebration of tropical citrus fruits with Filipino pomelo at its heart. A vibrant expression of 16 exquisite botanicals gives rise to a smooth and silky gin, bursting with ultra-bright citrus on the palate, zesty and spicy, lit up by a delightful warmth.

Pisco Barsol Mosto Verde Italia is a true gem of Peruvian tradition, a refined spirit that captures the very essence of the art of Pisco distillation.
Made from semi-fermented Italian grapes, this Pisco stands out for its smoothness and creamy texture, the result of a unique technique where fermentation is stopped before all the sugars are converted into alcohol.
This process, requiring the use of 10 kg of grapes for each bottle, releases exceptionally rich grape aromas, perfect for pure tasting.

The terrior of ABK6 is a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. For this spirit 100% Ugni-blanc grapes are used. The vinification took place in thermoregulated vats. The distillation was a double distillation in small charentals pot-stills. This Cognac is aged in new and old French Limousin oak barrels of 350 liters.
