Creation #6 can be described in two words: RUM + RAISIN. Our sixth Creation marries Pedro Ximénez casks and Jamaican rum casks with our smoky spirit resulting in flavours of toasted Jamaica ginger cake, Bonfire Toffee, spiced plum jam, Amaretto cherries and Daim bar.

Old Pulteney 25 Years is crafted at the legendary distillery located on the rugged coast of the Scottish Highlands. This single malt embodies the essence of sea air and tradition. Aged patiently for 22 years in American oak casks that once held bourbon, it reaches full maturity with an exceptional 3-year finish in Spanish oak casks that previously held Oloroso sherry. Every drop reveals a delicate balance of sweetness, spices, and a unique saline depth, the hallmark of Old Pulteney. Inspired by the Old Pulteney 1989, Huddart is matured in American oak exbourbon barrels, before being finished in ex-peated malt casks.

Don Papa Gayuma, meaning “love potion” in Tagalog, is a unique cuvée that pays tribute to the traditions of the shamans of Negros Island, Philippines. This super-premium rum, crafted with care, combines artisanal expertise with a rich history of rituals and legends. This rum is the result of an exceptional aging and finishing process. Aged for 3 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, then refined for 6 months in Rioja barrels toasted at high temperatures and an additional 3 months in intensely charred Islay whisky oak barrels, this rum reveals a complexity that surprises and delights. With its peated notes (a first in the Don Papa universe) and its rich, indulgent bouquet, it invites discerning connoisseurs to a unique and intriguing experience.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water coming from the mountain and sea water from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.
