TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Clear
NOSE: Pottery glaze, vinyl, vinyl cleaning spray, machine oil, rubber boots, apple tarte tatin with spun sugar, strawberry doughnuts, raspberry brioches, loquat jam, kumquats and lime.
PALATE: Fresh pen writing on whiteboard, rubber waterproof coat, extra ripe bananas, roasted pineapple, small dried fruit brioche, thick molasses, warm clay soil and vine tomatoes in the sun.
FINISH: Chai tea, vinyl albums, rubber poncho.
