TASTING NOTES :
NOSE: A light and delicate attack with an initial scent of roasted wood evoking nougat embedded with nuts. Subtle citrus touches add a tangy freshness and refined bitterness that accentuate a distinguished and complex profile.
PALATE : On the palate, Cihuatan Indigo 8 Y unveils a harmonious and indulgent palette of flavors. Intense notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and cappuccino are distinguished, accompanied by a milky sweetness of cream. Hazelnut and dulce de leche (caramel paste) aromas delicately blend with an exotic touch of lemongrass, creating a captivating gustatory symphony.
FINISH : The finish is long and smooth, marked by reminiscences of dark chocolate and exotic fruits, dissipating into a subtle sweetness of hazelnut and vanilla. A rich sensory experience that leaves a lasting and pleasant impression.

Each striving to better the last, Batch 10 is a true illustration of the artistry and expertise that creates every drop of our liquid gold. To deliver our classically Sherried profile, Billy hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks to be married with spirit maturing in red wine barriques and medium toast/medium char American virgin oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, yet complex malt with distinctive notes of dark fruits and layers of warming sweet spice.
ABK6 XO Grande Champagne is gold in colour with deep amber highlights, revealing magnificent complexity. The nose opens with a delicate fragrance of sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant on the palate, with a subtle woodiness supported by very silky tannins. The finish reveals the mineral freshness already present on the nose.

Etsu Double Orange has been macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as orange zest, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh mountain spring water added, giving this gin its fresh taste
