Our organic Vodka is produced in the Camargue, in the south of France, in a vast protected region where horses, flamingos and bulls have lived freely for centuries. It is exclusively made from soft wheat grown organically from the estate. The taste properties of our wheat vary each season depending on the climatic conditions of the year. Chopin Rye Organic is made from a heritage rye variety called Dankowskie Ruben, sourced from a single local farm near our distillery. It is handcrafted in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques and strict requirements for eco-friendly processing, and is blended with natural spring water from our own well on the property. The spirit is then rested for six months to bring out its full flavor before bottling.
