After more than 5 years of aging in oak barrels following the purest tradition of old HSE rums, this old rum was finished in Kilchoman whisky barrels, Islay Single Malt, for 4 to 5 months.

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the four main islands of the archipelago, but the second least populated. Spring water from the mountain and seawater from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.

It is certainly the most wonderful age for the Armagnac enthusiast who appreciates the force and the maturity.

Aged for a sophisticated 42 to 47 months, this meticulously handcrafted Belgian whisky captures the essence of the Hesbaye region. Distilled in former Caperdonich Pot stills from 1898, it matures in 1st fill Bourbon casks made of American white oak (Quercus alba). KOVAL Dry Gin is made with a unique variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, while the taste is dry—yet vibrant. The round, floral body is clean and nuanced by emerald grasses, golden citrus, and white pepper. This noble, carefully distilled and matured fruit brandy from Williams pears captivates the senses with the unmistakable aroma of this fruit. The Williams pear is cultivated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais and is one of the most popular pear varieties. Thanks to its powerful yet elegant aroma, it is ideal for the production of pear brandy. The freshly distilled Williams pear brandy first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years and then matures in oak casks for 14 to 18 months. After the maturation process, the pear brandy is further refined with a homemade bonificateur to give it the wonderful aroma and subtle sweetness, which makes this Vieille Poire so unique.

ABK6 is a Single Estate Cognac, it’s produced on a chalky hilltop at 154m of altitude. 100% Ugni-blanc grapes were used. A double distillation toke place in smalle Charentais pot-stills. The ABK6 Pure Single aged in new and old french Limousin oak barrels of 350-liters.
