This artisanal pisco is made exclusively from the distillation of wine from the aromatic "Italia grape," fully fermented must, and using methods that maintain the traditional principle of product quality. It takes about 1 year of resting in stainless steel tanks and 8 kilos of Italia grapes to produce 1 liter of the finest delixir.
TASTING NOTES:
In tasting, it presents an intense floral, herbal, and citrus aroma; on the palate, it is smooth with flavors of tropical fruits and a sweetness that blends finely with the alcohol, offering harmony and generous quality.
