Don Papa Baroko rum is distilled from locally produced molasses, on the island of Negros. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels, then blended by the cellar master to ensure consistency over the years. to ensure consistency over the years.

Mermaid Zest Gin is an aromatic and tangy infusion of Mermaid Gin with summer citrus and wild foraged coastal plants. Grapefruit and cascade hops are blended with island bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary, "the dew of the sea", then distilled and infused with the signature gin. The result is a zesty and fresh spirit with a hint of sea air. The distillery, located in district 9, is the first artisan distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe, and each batch is hand-distilled by the master distiller using only the finest ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. This extraordinary gin contains "fresh Buddha hand" and "lotus flower" infused in steam. Twelve distinct local herbs combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh, vibrant taste, inspired by the city where it is distilled.
