Inspired by the Hanami tradition, Etsu Sakura captures the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms – a moment when Japan is adorned with soft pink hues and the air is filled with delicate fragrances. A symbol of renewal and harmony, this celebration invites contemplation and the sharing of moments of appreciation. Distilled at the Akita distillery on the island of Honshu, Etsu Sakura reveals a floral and refined expression, where the enchanting softness of sakura intertwines with citrus freshness and the complexity of Japanese botanicals. Its subtle balance is enhanced by the pure water from the Ou mountains, bringing finesse and lightness to each sip. A true invitation to extend the spirit of Hanami all year long, to enjoy in a cocktail or simply with tonic.
