Coloma 15 Years is a rum that embodies Colombian craftsmanship through a unique aging process. Distilled from sugarcane molasses, this rum ages for 15 years in American oak barrels before undergoing a finishing period of 3 to 5 months in casks that previously held Coloma coffee liqueur. This process imparts a rich aromatic profile, enhancing indulgent notes of chocolate, spices, and coffee. Crafted with passion by Sandra Reategui and Judith Ramirez, two iconic figures in the world of spirits, this rum offers an elegant and refined tasting experience.

This Japanese gin has undergone a maceration process with botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange zest, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin.

Passiflora edulis, commonly known as passion fruit, is a species of flowering plant in the family Passifloraceae. Its origins can be traced back to South America, where it is native to regions spanning from southern Brazil through Paraguay and into northern Argentina. This tropical vine thrives in warm climates and is valued for its delicious fruit. The distillery, located in district 9, is the first craft distillery in Saigon to use a traditional copper still. The still is imported from Europe and each batch is distilled by hand by the master distiller using only the best ingredients. Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. It is a quite extraordinary gin that contains "fresh Buddha's hand" and "lotus flower" infused in the vapor. Twelve distinct local botanicals combined with four classic gin ingredients result in a drink that is a Vietnamese version of the classic dry gin. The unique combination of local botanicals gives Saigon Baigur a fresh and vibrant taste.
